Vineland Construction Co.  is proud to welcome IBC Technologies, a subsidiary of Rheem Manufacturing Company, to our new Station Business Park in the Historic Borough of Lawnside, NJ.  Scott Mertz (NAI Mertz) and Dan McGovern & Susan Thomas (CBRE) worked to bring IBC  to our new Class A flex park.  IBC will be joining New Jersey American Water as the first two companies to choose this location for their regional headquarters and operations centers.  We’re looking forward to IBC opening the park this Spring with New Jersey American Water and others to follow later this year.
