US DEPARTMENT OF VETERAN AFFAIRS CBOC
Successful expansion and turn-key renovation of vacant retail store into the 15,000 square foot, LEED-certified Veteran Affairs Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in Vineland, New Jersey. The VA Clinic provides primary care, behavioral health, laboratory and social work services for the large population of veterans living in and around Cumberland County, New Jersey, in a state-of-the art medical facility owned and managed by us.
UNITE HERE HEALTH
Successful development and ground up, new construction of a 50,000 square foot, three-story, LEED-certified office building in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The building is anchored by Unite HERE Health, a leading national health and welfare fund, which provides health care services, health care benefits and resources to the members of Local 54, the union which represents hospitality workers in the Atlantic City area. Other tenants of the first-class, commercial building, which is owned and managed by Vineland Construction, are the United States Postal Service and OceanFirst Bank, a regional bank with operations in NY, NJ and PA. We recently installed a solar array over the roof and parking lot for the building.
PSE&G SOLAR FARM
Notable renewal energy development in partnership with Public Service & Gas Company of the largest solar farm to date on a privately-owned brownfield site located in New Jersey. The 15-megawatt solar array constructed on a 32-acre site formerly occupied by a manufacturing and warehouse facility, provides power for more than 2,500 homes. Vineland Construction obtained all State and local environmental permits, land use approvals and entitlements for the project and, as owner of the property, we are currently working to secure authorizations for a future expansion of the solar farm.
MAVIS TIRE SUPPLY
Land development and ground up, new construction of a 6,000 square foot Mavis Discount Tire store in Vineland, New Jersey. The Mavis Discount Tire store is part of a three-parcel mixed use redevelopment project currently undertaken by us as the owner and developer.
WALMART-ANCHORED SHOPPING CENTER
Successful development of a 225,000 square foot, Walmart-anchored shopping center on a privately-owned brownfield site in Kearny, New Jersey. Other tenants include WaWa, Taco Bell and AutoZone. As part of the shopping center, Vineland Construction constructed a 14,000 square foot retail strip center currently occupied by Verizon Wireless, GNC, GameStop and others. The retail center is owned and managed by us.
CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS
Significant renovation and upgrade of main lobby and common areas of 40,000 square foot, three-story office building in Vineland, New Jersey. The installation of first-class finishes, “green” wall and an additional elevator modernized this 40-year old building as we prepared it for an influx of new occupants including Rutgers University and medical professionals. The first-class office building is owned and managed by us and is the home of our corporate headquarters.
HISTORIC BOROUGH OF LAWNSIDE STATION BUSINESS PARK
Our mixed-use, master planned redevelopment project on 135 acres in the historic Borough of Lawnside, New Jersey, is located steps from the Woodcrest PATCO Rapid Transit Rail Station. The Woodcrest PATCO station is a park and ride facility for the Lindenwold Line, which connects the City of Philadelphia with commuters living in surrounding South Jersey communities. The redevelopment’s first phase includes the construction of a regional operations center for New Jersey American Water, a luxury market-rate rental apartment complex, a multi-tenant retail center and a flex industrial park known as the Historic Borough of Lawnside Station Business Park. In the business park, the initial build-out consists of two industrial buildings, 61,000 square foot and 150,000 square foot, respectively, which will be ground up, new construction. The redevelopment will be owned and managed by us, with additional buildings to be constructed in the future.
PRINCETON MIXED-USE CENTER
Our mixed-use, master-planned redevelopment project on 2 acres in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, steps from the Princeton Junction at West Windsor Township Amtrak and NJ Transit Train Station. The Princeton Junction Amtrak Station is on the Northeast Corridor Line, which connects New York City and Washington, DC with commuters living in North Jersey. The redevelopment’s first phase involves ground up, new construction of a 12,000 square foot school building for Everbrook Academy, an early child care and development center. The second phase will be the ground up, new construction of a 21,000 square foot, two-story, mixed-use building with luxury rental apartments and ground floor commercial space. The redevelopment will be owned and managed by us.
STARBUCKS COMBO CENTER
Development and ground up, new construction of a 4,000 square foot, two-tenant retail building, anchored by a Starbucks store with drive-thru, in Vineland, New Jersey. The Starbucks store is part of an on-going, three-parcel, mixed use redevelopment project undertaken by us as owner and developer.
STATE OF NEW JERSEY OFFICE BUILDING
Significant renovation and upgrade of the main lobby and common areas of a 40,000 square foot, seven-story office building in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The installation of first-class finishes, updated exterior façade, and an additional elevator modernized an 80-year old building for occupancy by the State of New Jersey agencies, Office of Administrative Law and Civil Rights Division, and other professional firms. The first-class office building is owned and managed by us.
BURBERRY DISTRIBUTION HUB
Successful development and ground up, new construction of a 270,000 square foot warehouse/distribution center in Vineland, New Jersey. The building is anchored by Burberry, the worldwide luxury apparel retailer. This location is Burberry’s main distribution hub for both North and South Americas as well as its internet sales. The other tenant of the first-class, industrial building is Stellar Distributing, which operates a cold storage facility for imported produce.
THERMO KING SERVICE FACILITY
Successful development and ground up, new construction of a 10,000 square foot truck service and maintenance facility in Vineland, New Jersey. The building is occupied by a national Thermo King dealer for refrigerated transportation parts, service and repairs. The first-class, industrial building, which is owned and managed by us, is used to service refrigerated trucks that service the many farm fields and food processing facilities in South Jersey.
